1. Additional Guests
Due to limited space, I kindly request that you refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment. Should you arrive with a guest, they will be required to wait outside, or your appointment may be canceled. This policy also applies to children and pets.
2. Nail Damage
To qualify for a complimentary repair, please notify me of any issues with your nails within 3 days of your appointment. After this period, a charge of £2 per nail will apply for repairs.
3. Booking an Appointment
All appointments must be scheduled through my website.
A non-refundable deposit (ranges from £10-£25) is required to secure your nail appointment. This amount will be deducted from the final price of your service.
If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide at least 72 hours’ notice, the deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.
However, if the appointment is rescheduled within 48 to 24 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will no longer be valid, and a new deposit will be required to book your next appointment.
Please refrain from booking appointments less than 24 hours in advance. If you require a next-day appointment, kindly send me a message. Please note that I cannot guarantee the availability of all slots displayed online, as they may be subject to private bookings.
Appointment slots are available as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 5:30 PM or 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM, 10:30 AM, or 1:00 PM
If you wish to book both a manicure and a pedicure, please reserve both the 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM slots for either treatment.

4. Nail Designs
Nail designs cannot be booked directly through the website. However, once your appointment is scheduled—or prior to booking—you may send me a photo of your desired design. We can then discuss pricing and whether I can accommodate the request.

5. Work by Other Technicians
I offer a removal of Gel work at the price of £10.
If you have any other nail enhancement on your nail unfortunately I will not be able to offer a removal.
6. Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and an additional booking fee will be required to reschedule.
7. Account Registration
To book an appointment, please create an account to securely save your details.
8. Payment of Remaining Balance
Please bring the exact amount in cash to settle the remaining balance for your nail treatment.
If you would like to pay by card, there is a £1 fee.
